Aatapi Seva Foundation works to improve community nutrition for pregnant and nursing mothers and adolescent girls through health screening, dietary counseling, and awareness programmes. The initiative has supported around 1,000 mothers and over 3,000 adolescent girls in Bharuch and Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Since March 2023, the Foundation has also operated Mobile Health Units (MHUs) to deliver accessible healthcare services across villages in the Vagra block of Bharuch district.

1. Curative Services: Treatment of minorailments and first aid
2. Specialized OPDs: for vulnerable groups – children/elderly/PwDs on fixed days’ fortnightly, Nutritional assessment and treatment, Early detection of infectious and non-communicable diseases
3. Awareness Sessions and Counseling services: Awareness on healthy lifestyle, chronic illnesses, personal hygiene, nutrition, prevention of infectious and sexually transmitted illness, and gender-based violence. Counseling on reproductive health, adolescent health, nutrition, family planning and gender-based violence
4. Specialized Health camps: like Gynecologists, Pediatricians, Gerontologists, Skin specialists and others health specialists based on emerging needs
5. Home visit of bedridden and terminally ill patients: Palliative care services will be provided to the patient and family members
6. MHU Also Focuses on Adolescence focussed, school focussed, Nutrition (Anemia) focussed and other need based in community
