Peter is a growth‑driven sales leader with more than three decades of experience in point‑of‑sale, labeling, and packaging solutions. He launched his career at Rittenhouse Paper Company in 1989, where he built and led high‑performing sales territories and quickly earned recognition for his ability to open new markets and strengthen customer relationships.

His success propelled him into a Regional Manager role, where he expanded sales teams and drove sustained revenue growth.

After Rittenhouse was acquired by Nashua Corporation, Peter was named Vice President of Global Sales for the company's high‑speed toner division. In this role, he led global sales strategy, managed major accounts, and guided the division through significant market evolution. He later served as Vice President of Sales for Nashua's Deitzgen wide‑format division, where he oversaw national sales operations and accelerated the division's presence in the large‑format printing space.

Today, Peter specializes in the retail, industrial and supermarket segments, leveraging deep product knowledge and a strategic, partnership‑oriented approach. Leveraging expertise in packaging supplies, labels, and POS materials, he helps organizations streamline procurement, boost operational efficiency, and implement scalable solutions that drive bottom-line results.

Brad Friedland brings more than 25 years of experience in the packaging industry, building strategic partnerships with national retailers, quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands, and major distribution networks across the United States. Brad Friedland brings more than 25 years of experience in the packaging industry,

building strategic partnerships with national retailers, quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands, and major distribution networks across the United States.

He began his career with Rittenhouse Paper Company, later acquired by Nashua Corporation, a leading manufacturer of specialty papers including thermal, pressure-sensitive, and electrostatic products. During his tenure, Brad worked closely with major retail chains, QSRs, and national distributors, providing labels and point-of-sale (POS) materials that supported high-volume retail operations.

Following his time at Nashua, Brad continued to focus on packaging solutions, POS supplies, and labeling programs delivered through both direct partnerships and national distribution networks. He has also spent more than a decade working with broadline distributors, developing deep expertise within the foodservice distribution channel.

Today, Brad leads National Accounts across the United States, focusing on strategic partnerships and delivering innovative packaging solutions to leading retail, foodservice, and distribution organizations.

With nearly three decades of leadership and operational experience, Shabana began her career in 1996 with RCI Technologies, a company specializing in customized software development and technical staffing for government agencies and corporate clients.

Eventually serving as Vice President of Operations, Shabana oversaw sales initiatives, consulting services, and contract negotiations while helping guide the company's operational strategy and client relationships.

Shabana has brought this extensive experience to PMGBAGGS, where she plays a vital role in the company's financial and administrative operations. As CFO, she oversees accounts payable and receivable, manages contracts and certifications, and directs the company's accounting and financial management processes.

Her strong background in operations, finance, and contract management has made her an integral part of the company's leadership team and continued growth.

Bringing a strong background in technology, systems engineering, and supply chain operations, Hamza began his career in 2008 as an IT professional with Wakefern Food Corporation, where he gained valuable experience supporting large-scale retail systems and infrastructure.

Hamza later joined Honeywell Corporation as a Networking Specialist and Systems Engineer, further developing his expertise in complex technical environments and operational systems.

His experience in IT and systems architecture has provided a strong foundation for his transition into logistics and warehouse operations.

Today, Hamza specializes in warehouse management and logistics operations. He is responsible for implementing inventory management systems, optimizing warehouse workflows, and overseeing the efficient movement of products in and out of the warehouse. His combination of technical expertise and operational leadership helps ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability across the company's supply chain.

Bringing more than 14 years of experience in operations, process development, and workflow management, Elizabeth began her career in 2012 at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, where she worked as a Surgical Coordinator supporting 14 thoracic and cardiac surgeons.

Elizabeth later joined Morgan Stanley, where she continued to build her expertise in operational management and process improvement, eventually advancing into a director-level role.

Today, Elizabeth brings her strong organizational and operational background to the sales team, helping develop processes and protocols that improve productivity, streamline workflow, and support overall business efficiency.
